| This online help introduces the ordering process for the stand models offered by Koelnmesse Service. You can take your time to obtain information about the entire process or immediately select help topics. |

Here, you can immediately plan and order your basic stand construction online. Our easy-to-use configuration system guides you through 6 clearly arranged steps! As of Step 2, you will be given an overview of your selection under “current configuration” at the top of the page. This summary is complemented by your further selections for each step. From here, you can retrieve the details of your selected stand model as well as make corrections by clicking on “One Step Back” at any time.
Step 1
Please enter an exhibition date by means of the dropdown menu. Should the fair or event searched for by you not be displayed, you have the opportunity of entering a guest event. The fields “Select Exhibition“ or “Guest Event“ are so-called mandatory fields and must be filled in.
If you wish to select a currency other than EURO, please select the respective currency in the menu Currency. Prices will then always be stated in EURO as well as in the currency of your choice. Due to possible currency fluctuations, the EURO price is always binding.
Select your stand model in this step.
With the button Details you can view the details of the respective stand model. By clicking on Selection, you will go back to Step 1. The selection you have previously made will be retained. Save your entries at the bottom of the page with “Save” and “Next Step”.
Step 2
In the gray field at the top of the page, you will find a summary of the selected current configuration. After each step, this summary will be complemented by the choices you have made in the respective step. By clicking on “Back”, you can return to the previous step in order to add corrections if needed.
Please enter the dimensions of your stand in whole figures (no decimal places) now. The unit of measurement is meters. These entries are used for the calculation of the price, as well as associated additional equipment.
Please select the type of stand: The symbols give you an overview of the available types of stands relating to the previously selected exhibition date. You can confirm your selection with the button Save and Next Step.
If you would like to revise the previous step, please click on One Step Back.
Step 3
In the gray field at the top of the page, you will find a summary of the selected current configuration. After each step, this summary will be complemented by the choices you have made in the respective step. For a better overview, the presentation of the current configuration in the screen can be folded. You can unfold the representation in the screen at any time. In order to make corrections to a selection, please choose the option One Step Back. This will take you to the previous configuration step and you can alter your previous selection, save it, and then continue the configuration procedure.
You will get an exemplary representation of the selected stand. The representation does not always show the actual stand size and equipment selected by you.
By means of the menus you can make the following adjustments:
Text for lettering:
Please insert your text here. This can be, for instance, your company logo, claim or slogan. The text should not exceed 20 characters (incl. blanks and special characters); longer text is possible for a surcharge.
The entered text will automatically appear at the place provided at the stand.
Color of company name:
Represents the color of the lettering. The standard color is black; special colors are available for a surcharge. In order to choose a special color, please click on “special color for a surcharge” and enter the special color by entering the color code (PAL, Pantone, ?) in the respective field.
Carpet color:
You can chose among 6 options.

Upholstered furniture:
You can choose between the standard color black and a special color. In order to choose a special color, please click on “special color for a surcharge” and enter the special color by entering the color code (PAL, Pantone, ?) in the respective field. Please note: Upholstered furniture is not included in the regular delivery. It is part of the special equipment that can be ordered in Step 4.
Wall color:
You can choose between the standard color white and a special color. In order to choose a special color, please click on “special color for a surcharge” and enter the special color by entering the color code (PAL, Pantone, ?) in the respective field.
Color of supporting walls:
You can choose between the standard color white and a special color. In order to choose a special color, please click on “special color for a surcharge” and enter the special color by entering the color code (PAL, Pantone, ?) in the respective field.
In order to add original trade fair atmosphere to the exemplary stand, you can click on the button “show atmosphere” in the lower left corner of the stand illustration. Atmosphere is not included in the scope of the basic stand.
You can save your selection with the “save” button and go to the next step.
Step 4
Here, you have the opportunity of choosing your special equipment.
The special equipment is subdivided into the following areas:
- Flooring and wall structure
- Fixtures (shelves, beveled shelves, ...)
- Decoration pedestals, show cases, counters
- Furniture
- Graphics
- Illumination, electro
- Stand cleaning, waste disposal
- Stand security service
- Water supply
The prices for special equipment are calculated as follows: either automatically according to the chosen size in square meters, individually (in this case you will receive a phone call from one of our employees) or by you, on the basis of the selected number of special equipment items. Please confirm the selection by individually ticking the green checkmark to the right of the listed items. The overview of your current configuration will be immediately updated and the respective item will be listed under the title special equipment. Ticking the green checkmark can effect a correction of the quantity. If you wish to delete an item, enter a 0 in the quantity field and confirm this change also by clicking on the checkmark.
Confirm the special equipment items listed in the current configuration at the bottom of the page and go to the next step.
If you do not wish to order special equipment you may skip this step and go to Step 5 by clicking on “save and next step”.
Step 5
Please enter your personal data here.
If you already have a customer number, please enter this additionally.
The free entry field is available for questions and/or comments.
Please confirm acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions by checking at the bottom of the field, in order to complete the ordering process.
By clicking on “save and next step” you can conclude this step.
Step 6
You have almost completed the order. Please check your entries once again.
By clicking on "order this configuration" your order becomes binding.
A confirmation of your order will be sent to you by e-Mail to the e-Mail address entered by you.
Should any inquiries arise concerning your order, a Koelnmesse Service employee will contact you in the next few days. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice together with a final design plan of your stand in the near term.

After storing your stand ? – no matter whether you have ordered it or only saved it – you will receive an e-Mail to the address entered by you. In this e-Mail, you will find the access data to your login area. Please click on Login and enter the access data. Please pay attention to upper and lower case characters when entering the data!
You are now in your individual login area. All stands you have stored so far will be listed. You have the opportunity of retrieving them, possibly change them, and store them again under a new date. This way, you have, for instance, the opportunity of retrieving and ordering a well-proven stand model with slight changes for an upcoming trade fair.
